FINANCE OFFICER

About the role:  We are seeking a permanent part time (0.6) Finance officer to join our staff team.  Our office is based at Gateway Baptist Church, MacKenzie in Brisbane.  The successful applicant will be responsible for:

• Managing accounts payable and receivable
• Bank reconciliations
• General ledger maintenance
• Payroll
• Superannuation
• Record keeping
• End of month reconciliations and reporting
• BAS returns
• Payroll Tax
• Debt management
• Cash flow management
• Budget management
• Annual audit management 

About You: We a seeking a person committed to the mission of Willow Creek Australia who possesses:

• Successful experience and training in financial management
• Experience in the use of financial accounting software (MYOB preferred)
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• An understanding of working in a not for profit mission based environment.

St. Mark’s Emerald, Victoria is looking for expressions of interest for a leader of our family based congregation.  St. Mark’s is deeply embedded in the local community and has a staff team of about 15 with a strong emphasis on childrens and teenage work,  and is looking for someone with a passion for evangelism mixed with a level of entrepreneurship to take this congregation to the next level.
