 Our Unique Focus:

Since November 2007 a group of Australia’s leading Pastors have been trained under Willow Creek’s new initiative in association with Ministry Advantage USA. Each coach has been selected by Willow Creek Australia because of their leadership experience and their sense of calling to this ministry. These Coaches are now coaching Pastors all around Australia. This is much more than a training curriculum or workshop series. Through a coaching relationship we take a personal interest in the success of every Pastor and church we work with. Our job is not done until we truly make a difference.

At your pace and according to your needs your coach will work with you around seven areas of focus:

• Strategic planning and implementation
• Leading change
• Organising and delegating
• Maximising key ministry positions
• Systems for outreach and assimilation
• Maturing your church financially
• Developing leaders and teams

THE COACHING EXPERIENCE INCLUDES 3 COMPONENTS:

   1. Personal Coach - A knowledgeable, ministry-experienced personal coach will:

• Conduct regular (usually weekly) telephone coaching sessions
• Guide you through each step of developing and implementing your strategic ministry plans
• Guide and encourage you in developing the systems that will align the people, resources and processes to achieve your plans
  

   2. Resources - Practical, ready-to-use resources provide:

• Tools to help you design and implement your plans
• Templates, forms and examples to save you time
• Short instructions followed by step-by-step processes

   3. Annual Strategy Workshop - This peer learning opportunity provides:

• Training on practical leadership systems
• An interactive experience which allows for Q & A and application discussions
• Valuable relationships with like-minded pastors

COACHING FEES:

This Coaching Experience incurs a once off registration fee of $200.00 and monthly instalments of $200.00. Many Pastors have been supported financially by a private benefactor, their Church or Denomination in assisting with the monetary component.

** We recommend an involvement of 12-18 months to gain maximum benefits from the coaching program.
